About the Photoshoot
Please review the following terms and conditions before applying.
By submitting your request, you agree to these terms.
■ 1. Booking a Photoshoot
- Please provide your desired shoot details, date, time, and location via the contact form, email, or DM.
- The standard shoot duration is approx. 1.5 hours (adjustable based on content).
- We can discuss shooting times and the number of photos (price will be adjusted accordingly).
■ 2. Plans and Pricing

- Friends / Couples commemorative photos

- Gravure / Photobook shoots
- Hair, makeup, and costume visual shoots
* Custom quotes will be provided based on the shoot content and required time.
■ 3. Payment
- Please pay by the end of the shoot via Cash, PayPay, Bank Transfer, or Credit Card.
- For bank transfers, the transfer fee is the responsibility of the customer.
- If paying in cash on the day, exact change is greatly appreciated.
Studio Rental Fees
- If a studio is used for the shoot, the studio rental fee is the responsibility of the customer.
Transportation Fees
- No transportation fee is charged for shoots within the 23 wards of Tokyo and Musashino City.
- For location shoots outside the above areas, actual transportation expenses will be charged.
- Additionally, even within Tokyo, if you request a shoot bringing lighting equipment into a studio or other facility, we may provide a separate quote for transportation costs associated with equipment transport. Thank you for your understanding.
* Quotes for transportation and studio fees will be provided in advance and finalized upon mutual agreement.
■ 4. Photo Delivery
- Photo data will be delivered via Dropbox within 7 to 14 days after the shoot.
- 20 or more photos will be delivered (varies depending on the shoot content).
- I will select the best shots from all the data, apply color correction and retouching, and deliver them to you.
- As a general rule, unedited RAW data is not provided.
■ 5. Editing and Retouching
- Basic color grading, skin retouching, and contour adjustments are included.
- Requests for re-editing the delivered data will be accepted once, but additional fees may apply depending on the request details.
■ 6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made after the booking is confirmed will incur the following cancellation fees:
- 3 days before the shoot: 50% of the shoot fee
- 1 day before the shoot: 80% of the shoot fee
- Day of the shoot: 100% of the shoot fee
* In case of postponement due to poor health, bad weather, etc., we will reschedule free of charge.
* For studio shoots or facility rentals, separate cancellation fees from the facility may apply based on their respective policies.
■ 7. Copyright and Portrait Rights
- The copyright of the photographs belongs to the photographer.
- Customers are free to use the photos within the scope of personal use (posting on SNS, profiles, etc.).
- If commercial use (advertising, sales, publications, etc.) is desired, separate licensing fees may apply depending on the purpose.
- I may post the photos on my SNS, blog, or portfolio as examples of my work. If you do not wish for your photos to be published, please let me know in advance.
■ 8. Disclaimer
- If the shoot becomes difficult due to weather, traffic, or equipment trouble on the day of the shoot, we will respond by rescheduling or issuing a refund.
- I cannot be held responsible for any damage to the customer’s equipment, injuries, or clothing damage that occurs during the shoot.
■ 9. Data Retention
- As a general rule, delivered data will be saved for 3 months from the date of the shoot.
■ 10. Agreement
The customer shall understand the contents of these terms and apply for the photoshoot upon agreement.
